Should Rush Limbaugh be on the next season of Dancing with the Stars?  Rush Limbaugh showed off his dancing prowess at the Miss America Pageant while busting a move to Lady Gaga’s  song, “Poker Face”. Rush really cut loose when the judges were asked to dance for the talent portion of the show!  Who knew he could move like that? I wonder how long it will take before liberals start criticizing him for his dancing skills?

P.S. My wife and I are currently snowed in with over 1 foot of global warming outside our front door!

Socialist dictators, like Chavez and Castro, seem to love Obama.  However, now that Scott Brown has beaten Martha Coakley in the Massachusetts special election, a very famous socialist dictator has turned on Obama.  The President’s failure to get out the vote for Coakley has lost him the support of the National Socialist German Workers Party (NAZI) and it’s leader, Adolf Hitler.  I’m serious, just watch the video!

I saw this political cartoon, and I had to post it.  It is so true.  Huge deficit spending and threatened tax increases during a recession takes away the ability for small businesses to create jobs.  Democrats don’t understand this, do they?  Why would a small business owner, who is worried about inflation, possible tax increases, and a greatly increased cost for employee health insurance, be willing to risk more of his capital by hiring new employees?  He won’t, because he may have to lay them off a few months down the road due to new government policies and mandates.  Instead, he will wait to see what the government is going to do.  If health care dies in Congress, and the small business taxes that Obama has proposed are voted down, it will become much easier for small business owners to hire new employees.  Until then, the foundation of our economy will remain on shaky ground.  This cartoon illustrates my point perfectly.

I’m sure everyone has heard about the new TSA full body scanners that can see through clothing at airport security checkpoints.  There is quite the debate going on as to whether or not they are an invasion of privacy, but in light of the Christmas day “Fruit of Kaboom” bomber it is apparent that additional screening methods must be used to prevent future terrorist attacks.  This video displays a new technique for screening airline passengers that seems to be much cheaper and less invasive than the full body scanners.  I think we should start implementing this technique immediately.

I saw this story on Drudge and thought it was too funny not to post here.  Some guys in Alaska have created an ice sculpture of Al Gore.  Rudy Gavora and Craig Compeau, of Fairbanks, came up with the idea for the sculpture last winter and tied the event into a way to raise money for the Presbyterian Hospitality House .  They have done the same thing this year and plan to do it every winter until Gore comes to Fairbanks for a debate on global warming.  They also run a competition centered around the ice sculpture where contestants have to guess how much colder this years winter will be in Fairbanks than it was in the year Al Gore was born.  The grand prize is 300 gallons of heating oil.

The sculpture was carved by Steve Dean and is mounted on the back of a Ford F-350.  It is complete with a hole that has had the exhaust from the truck routed through it to appear as if hot air is spewing out of Gore’s mouth.  Fitting, don’t you think?  Check out the video below to see hot air spewing from Gore’s “ice hole”!
